My department works hand in hand with the People Officer Department to create initiatives throughout the year that promote equality and inclusivity across our entire organization. These initiatives and activities celebrate the diversity within our company, providing opportunities for everyone to participate in and promote the empowerment of one another. By fostering an inclusive environment, we ensure that every voice is heard, valued, and celebrated, further strengthening our organizational culture. Additionally, we run marketing initiatives that requires involvement of all departments across our organization such as the Women In leadership Campaign that celebrates women empowerment and the growth of women into leaders within our organization!
