CONSENT TO PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION IN TERMS OF THE PROTECTION OF INFORMATION ACT, 4 OF 2013 (POPI)

I hereby give my consent to “Reverside and its Client/s” to collect, process and distribute my personal information where the same is legally required to do so.
I understand my right to privacy and the right to have my personal information processed in accordance with the conditions for the lawful processing of personal information.
I acknowledge that I understand the purposes for which my personal information is required and for which it will be used – Employment & Payroll processing through a third party – “Reverside” (list is not exhaustive).
I hereby consent that I understand that third parties will have access to my personal information, and I hereby consent to “Reverside” for sharing my personal information strictly for recruitment, employment & payroll purposes with “Reverside & its Client/s” and for recruitment purposes with Verification Agents such as “Dots360, MIE, Lexis Nexis, or any third-party company approved by Reverside”.
I understand that, should I refuse to provide “Reverside & its Client/s” with the required consent and / or information, “Reverside and its Client/s” will be unable to assist me with recruitment.
I understand further that all my personal information which I provide to “Reverside and its Client/s” will be held and/ or stored securely for the purpose for which it was collected.
I declare that all my personal information supplied to “Reverside and its Client/s” for the purposes of recruitment for the relevant position and related legal and operational reasons is accurate, up to date, is not misleading and that it is complete in all respects.
I undertake to immediately advise “Reverside and its Client/s” of any changes to my Personal Information should any of these details change.
